3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate access credentials, and ensuring their staff follows security best practices as recommended by our team. Failure to comply with security recommendations may limit our ability to guarantee service levels.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in service suspension.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and business information. All data access is limited to personnel directly involved in service delivery, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
6. Service Level Agreements
Specific service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in individual contracts. Our standard commitment includes 99.9% uptime for managed systems and response times as specified in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mega Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with orderly transition of services and data to the client or designated successor.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
